You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@mixaidofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
